The people I have gotten to know and have helped to achieve their aspirations are special to me. Most have been a success and some have achieved levels of performance, recognition, and reward beyond what could have been imagined. I am grateful to each of them. They each have given me a chance to learn so much about how people can rise above their own limitations and accomplish what they previously could only dream about achieving. Over the years, I had been quite fortunate to have been a part of numerous projects of note. But none of them was what I was meant to do. Coaching came natural even as a child and it took some time, and a lot of successes and failures at other things to realize that coaching is what I am meant to do.
Coaching Is About Creativity, Collaboration, and Contribution
Along the way, I have developed methods in the form of modules, practices, and programs that bring out the natural skills within people. Likewise, I have developed tools for putting those natural skills to work effectively. With my methods, people are able to bring out the brilliance from within and put that brilliance to work in a way that is appropriate to who they are. I am excited to say that many of these very unique skill development methods have now been packaged for online delivery to a broad range of people in many different professions around the world allowing for greater access expanding the options for creativity, collaboration, and contribution to include people around across the globe. People can work with me, or a member of my team, and the online modules and tools from anywhere. Many people have no idea where they are headed in life. Some have tried and failed to do different things but they never worked out. A game must revolve around doing something you are passionate about and something you were meant to be doing. Very little can be accomplished without a clear game in mind. A game includes a vision of the future that is compelling enough to keep you in action. It also includes a clear pathway to achieving that future in some tangible form. The pathway must be clear or it will not be followed. The game must be worth playing and winning or it will never happen. You may have no game in mind at this time, you may have an old game you have let go stale, or you may have a brilliant vision of the future and need a way to make it happen. Most of us have been led to believe that acquiring some knowledge from outside of ourselves is needed. Doing this presumes that you don’t already have everything you need within you. The truth is that we are each meant to do something and anything else that we take on will likely be a compromise or even a failure, regardless of how much we want it. Starting with the premise that you already have within you everything that you need to accomplish what you ought to be doing, what you were meant to do, our job is to bring out the natural skills from inside you and help you to put them to work in the process of playing and winning the game you have designed. Doing this is easy to say but more difficult in the execution. It means clearing away the accumulated learning that is not that. Becoming a champion at anything takes consistent practice and, in order to do that, you need a viable method.

People in every walk of life find that they seem to end up in the same place over and over again. Whether they have changed jobs, careers or locations around the world, their patterns of ineffectiveness follow them wherever they go and whatever they do. We call these blind spots and they are an inevitable part of our human nature (and not our best friends). Human nature is survival-based and these survival-based patterns can have awesome power. Our process can give you a way to turn these worst enemies into your greatest allies. Since the blind spots are more powerful than you, progressive and fatal, it would be a good thing to have a method with which you can embrace them, choose them and learn how to win with them, rather than fighting them and blaming yourself. Once this process has been completed, your patterns of ineffectiveness will still get triggered. But when they do, your life will only get better.

There are many words for this such as destiny or karma, but whatever we call it, you must surrender to the program and accept the assignment you have been given to fulfill. Otherwise you will accomplish little and find little fulfillment no matter how hard you work. Champions practice everyday the skills that they learned long ago because they must in order to execute effectively. When the skills that you are developing are already within you, the chances of success and fulfillment are great. Practice turns failure into our greatest teacher. Champions practice their skills every day; they never stop improving. Spectators do not practice. They sit in the stands and watch the champions play.
